Not amazingly better, I mean, track 1 is U2 followed by Feeder, Weller features as do the Bomfunk Mc's, a song by Semisonic that featured on Friends, the Sterophonics (yes, I admit other people may like them, but by this time they and The Manics were well past any credible stage) and, god help us all, Toploader.

Final word to prove it's lameness : Bon Jovi.

I.Rest. My. Case.

Still, Queens Of The Stone Age, Beck (albeit a 5 year old track by now) and the Eels…but overall, bleurgh.

If You're Gone - Matchbox 20 19. Please Forgive Me - David Gray 20. Daydream In Blue - I Monster

Now, oddly, just months later, this is way better.
It's still far from fantastically ‘Indie' (or even Independent), but Papa Roach, Muse (again), QOTSA (again),Grandaddy, PJ Harvey, Doves, Kings Of Convinience…
Ok, so yet again, U2, Feeder, Stereophonics and Ocean Colour Scene, but this time it's a mixed bag rather than mostly awful.

In the “who are they now” pile this time: Thirteen, I Monster and Regency Buck, but as I say, not as many heinous crimes.

17. Empty At The End - The Electric Soft Parade
18. Cut Here - The Cure
19. Elevation - U2
20. Party Hard - Andrew WK

Hold your horses, they may be nearly ok here, Weezer! U2 relegated to the arse end of Disc 2, Jimmy Eat World, Spiritualized!, Mercury Rev, a good Ian Brown song!, The Hives!, The Cure…ok, it's “Cut Here”, but still!

The Eels!

Now, to be honest, this is probably due to the Manics hanging themselves with that ‘Robeson' nonsense, U2 chucking the correctly forgotten ‘Elevation' out and the fact Liam And Noel couldn't think of anyone as poor as Craddock to work with and Ocean Colour Scene sulking as a result, but nonetheless, this one's nearly up there.

Reloaded Volume 5….not that I know of….maybe they were too close to an LP not featuring U2 or Oasis…

Best Of ‘Volumes', again, no….shockingly.
